A schedule of condition report is a detailed document that records the state of a property's condition at a specific time.

This could be at the start, or renewal, of a lease to protect both parties from liability claims. 

Or prior to party wall work carried out by a neighbour to get a record of the property's current condition in case any structural issues occur.

The report follows a comprehensive survey, and includes photographs and a detailed description of the property's condition internally and externally, including roof structure, fixtures, & fittings, and outbuildings.
